Types of data processed

We process data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact, tour booking or wedding quote forms: first name, last name, email address, phone number, service date, number of passengers and any additional notes. We also process navigation data automatically collected by IT systems (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, URL references, timestamps) for the sole purpose of the site's functioning and aggregated anonymous statistics.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed to: (a) reply to quote or information requests; (b) manage booking and execution of the NCC service; (c) comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting); (d) improve the site through anonymous aggregated analytics, only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
